The hotel rooms looked exactly like they showed on the booking site and matched the description, but were quite small for our family of three with full winter gear. The furnishment was perfect, and there was a sofa bed as described, suitable for up to 6 people.

The staff was always smiling and helpful. We couldn't use WiFi for 2 days, but they arranged some tomato soup with bread and butter for us, which was a nice gesture and helped us until breakfast.

The location was fantastic, in a beautiful area close to Hunderfossen Park which the kids loved. It was nice to walk around, and there was a very good free breakfast available.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit small, looked exactly as shown on the booking site. I had a minor issue at the hotel, but it was for up to 5 people, which was nice. The service provided was mixed, with the staff arranging some tomato soup with bread and butter, which was sufficient for a while, but the WiFi was unusable for two days. The location was fantastic, near a few family parks and right next to the Hunderfossen park outside of Lillehammer. The dining experience was good, especially for starting the day near the slopes or the various activities, but lacking more vegan/gluten-free options. Facilities were decent overall.
